AI built around your business
Put AI to work with a clear job to do.
DoubleKlick designs and builds AI systems that can understand information, prepare work and take agreed actions. We connect the technology to your processes, give it the right context and make sure your people can see what is happening.

A model answers. An agent can get work moving.
An AI model finds patterns in information and uses them to generate responses. It can summarise a document, interpret an enquiry or draft a reply. It can also get things wrong, so a convincing answer still needs checking.
An agent combines a model with instructions, business context and connected tools. Within the permissions you give it, an agent can look up a customer record, prepare a quote or create a follow-up task. That turns a conversation into a useful step in your process.
Your business knowledge
Give AI the information your team works from.
Your procedures, product information, customer records and approved templates give AI the context it needs. We identify which sources are reliable, who can access them and how to keep them current. Where suitable, the system retrieves relevant information when it needs it rather than copying everything into each conversation.
This is different from retraining the underlying model. Much of the tailoring happens through instructions, access to your knowledge and connections to your systems. Feedback then helps us improve those settings through reviewed, tested updates. The system does not silently rewrite its own rules.
An enquiry becomes a prepared next step.
For example, an agent handling a product enquiry could follow this agreed workflow:
Understand the request
Identify the product, customer and missing details. Ask for clarification when the request is unclear.
Check the right records
Retrieve permitted stock, pricing and product information through authenticated connections.
Prepare the response
Draft an answer and record the supporting information. Flag conflicting details or anything outside its scope.
Act or hand over
Send routine responses only where authorised. Route exceptions and approval requests to the right person, with context attached.
The outcome
Your team starts with the information and a prepared response, instead of another task to research from scratch.
Access and accountability
Useful access, with clear boundaries.
We design connections around the information and actions each task needs. That includes authentication, permission limits, approval steps and records of activity. An agent that needs to read a customer record should not automatically be able to change it.
Before deployment, we review where information travels, how it is stored, retention settings and the providers involved. Those choices depend on your systems and requirements. We agree how exceptions reach a person and test against realistic situations before expanding access.
Questions worth asking before you start.
Can we use our existing data?
Usually, yes. We assess documents, databases and legacy systems, then check access, quality and ownership. Missing or conflicting records may need attention before automation can be reliable.
Will our data train an AI model?
That depends on the provider, service and configuration. We review the relevant terms and settings with you, including training use, storage and retention, before choosing how business information is shared.
What happens when AI makes a mistake?
We plan for uncertainty with checks, approval points and escalation. Your team needs a clear way to correct output, stop inappropriate actions and feed issues into reviewed improvements.
Can AI work with our own systems?
Often. We assess available interfaces and permission controls, then choose a suitable connection. Some older systems need an integration layer or a more limited workflow.
How long does deployment take?
Timing depends on the workflow, data readiness, integrations and approvals. After mapping the process, we agree a scope and staged delivery plan with clear acceptance checks.
